3 Ring Circus Arts Education Center serves as a community theater available on a rental basis for small scale productions.

The cost of the theater will be about half price of full-scale theaters in the city, making the arts center a viable option for new and emerging playwrights and production teams.

3 Ring Circus offers sound, light, stage and seating. This fulfills the goals of providing a community arts center, offering a venue for new and emerging artists and making available low cost arts entertainment for the general public.

Community theater was available starting in January 2004.
